So this email is a bit long winded. It has a bunch of information about what we have going on. Feel free to give it a read if you have a few minutes!
I just wanted to check in to make sure you are doing OK. Is everything going OK for you? Can I help you with anything? Do you just need someone to talk to with the social distancing measures in place? Cabin fever is running rampant these days!
I know with COVID-19 taking the world by storm it has a lot of people unsure of what’s going to happen. I’ve had several customers reach out to me and make sure I was OK. I wanted to return that favor. I hope to hear from you.

COVID-19 Update – WE’RE OPEN!
I wanted to also let everyone know that I have re-opened for appointments after a 4 week shut down. We have been deemed to be “essential” by the state of PA since we are operating as an automotive business. We operate by their grace for now.
I am also limiting the amount of appointments we are taking to mitigate risk and exposure.
I am requiring sanitation of all vehicle interiors for any appointments we are taking. We are accomplishing this by using CDC approved disinfectants (Such as EPA 777-89 Lysol Disinfectant) to protect our customers and our staff.
In addition, my staff & I are using PPE such as nitrile gloves and respirators with N95 or better cartridges. (I promise that I didn’t panic buy them. We always have a small stock of both on hand)

I am not one to dog someone else’s business but I feel like I should let you know there are several other detailing companies out there guilty of what I would honestly call false advertisement. I consider each of my customers really special and I don’t want you to be taken advantage of even if you don’t work with me. You should be informed and be able to make an educated decision.
I wanted to warn you about other companies offering to sanitize your vehicle with steam and only steam. For steam to actually sanitize the surface you are using it on, it would far exceed any vehicle plastics or leathers capability to hold up. It can take 3+ minutes of constant steam contact to sanitize a plastic, vinyl or leather surface. Anyone who is claiming to sanitize your interior with steam, will either damage your interior or is just selling you smoke.
With the current healthcare pandemic we have going on with COVID-19, there is a ton of misinformation out there and companies pitching services and products that flat out are dishonest and don’t work.

NEW TRAILER!
This is my favorite update! The business has grown in leaps and bounds. I decided I really wanted to improve our professional image and improve our process. Granted having everything in my truck was great and compact but it was like playing Tetris while on the job! The trailer is outfitted with organizers, water tank, pressure washer, generator, chemicals and more.
I picked up this 5×8 Pace American Trailer from Cargo Trailer Sales in Lansdale, PA. I then had my truck lettered and trailer lettered by Lucky Squirrel Printworks in Douglassville, PA. They both look awesome! Both operations are top-notch and treated me fairly and gave great customer service. They didn’t ask me to plug them but here I am.
