Paint Protection · Chester Springs, PA

    Stone driveways
    wreck lower panels.

Your own tires throw gravel at the rockers twice a day, every day. We spray a clear film over the paint down there so the stone hits that instead.

    Where it lands

    Low on the car,
    not on the nose.

    Rockers and lower doors

Your own front tires throw stone backward at every panel behind them. On a gravel drive that happens on the way out and again on the way in, every day. This is the first place it shows and the last place anyone looks.

    Behind the wheels

The arch liner edge and the panel just behind the tire take a constant sandblast. It goes dull first, then it starts pitting, and by then it is not something a polish brings back.

    Rear quarters

Anything the rear tires pick up lands here. Less than the front takes, but it is the panel a buyer runs their hand along, and stone pitting on a quarter reads as a car that lived hard.

    Why ours comes off clean

    Sprayed, so there is
    no edge to catch.

A clear bra is cut from a roll and stuck down with adhesive, so it ends in an edge at every panel. On a car that drives through mud and stone, those edges are exactly where grime packs in and starts lifting the film.

Ours goes on as a liquid in a downdraft paint booth and cures into one continuous film, 8 to 12 mil thick. Nothing cut, nothing glued. There is no edge for a rocker to catch and no adhesive baking onto your clearcoat.

Plan on the car being with us a few days. Correction, masking, spraying, curing, wet sanding and polishing each take real time.

    Frequently asked questions.

    What does paint protection cost?

It depends on coverage, how much correction the paint needs first, and how complex the panels are. Rockers and lower panels alone sit well below a full car. Our pricing is published so you can see the range before you call.

My driveway is stone. Does that really matter?

It is the single biggest thing on this page. Two trips a day over loose stone is thousands of small hits a year, all of them low on the car. It does not feel like damage while it is happening, which is why it is usually a surprise later.

So I should protect the rockers instead of the front?

Usually both, and we will say which one your car needs more once we look at it. A car that lives on back roads and a gravel drive often has a clean nose and rough lower panels, which is the opposite of a highway commuter.
